Managed Voice Lines

Virtutone Networks Inc. has been providing commercial grade Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) for over 7 years. We’ve developed a proprietary VoIP solution specifically for Satellite internet. With Virtutone VoIP service you can expect higher clarity, less jitter, no echo, less delay and an overall better call experience. Our experience with Satellite enhances our voice quality over any other internet connection.

Virtutone provides this VoIP service in two different plans:

  1. Flat Rate – One monthly fee including all North American* Long Distance is Included
  2. Per minute plan – Smaller monthly fee and a per minute rate for all Long Distance.

Management Portal

Virtutone provides you with a management portal that will allow you to activate and de-activate units, add or remove voicemail, place a number on standby, enable or disable international calling, enable fax to e-mail, monitor incoming and outgoing faxes and even complete basic troubleshooting such as monitoring the online status of each unit. In short, it provides the flexibility to change existing and add new services with Virtutone to meet the needs of your customers base in a timely fashion.

This portal enables a completely non-technical person to be able to manage thousands of VoIP/FoIP devices globally. By eliminating the need for on-staff VoIP engineers to manage their line switch and devices in the field can lead to huge savings.

SIP Trunking

SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) is the key to unlocking the powerful potential of next-generation IP-based communications. By creating virtual phone lines between PBXs and the PSTN, and linking your various office locations, this innovative solution allows your business to replace its costly ISDN PRIs and traditional lines with a simplified infrastructure that can reduce your costs and handle any call volume.

Auto Attendant

Have an automated greeting play for your customers when they call your office. Your customers can have options such as "Press 1 for sales" or "If you know your party's extension, please enter it now or press 9 for a company directory." The virtual phone system allows you to customize your menu options and will provide both a company directory and the ability for a customer to press 0 for an operator.

VoIP IP Centrex Lines

The Virtutone Office System is designed to take full advantage of the IP Centrex phone line services we provide. IP Centrex lines provide all of the features of regular centrex lines such as call waiting, call transfer, conferencing and more! You can call people on your VoIP phone just as you would on a regular office phone.

Land Line Virtual Extensions

The Virtutone Phone System can use existing phones (either land line or cellular based) as office extensions! When a user calls into an extension, the call will be forwarded out to the phone number designated for that extension.

Example:
Joe is at extension 101 and has setup his extension to point to his cell phone. When a customer calls in and dials 101, the call will ring on Joe's cell phone.

Find Me/Follow Me

Waiting for an important phone call but need to leave the office to run some errands? The Virtual Phone System can be setup to try you at multiple numbers so you don't have to wait for that call. Each extension can be setup for both a primary and secondary number to call. If the system cannot reach you at your primary number, the system will play a message to the user letting them know that it’s trying you on your alternate number. If the system can't reach you on your alternate number, it will take a message for you.

Voicemail/Email Integration

Need to know when you have voicemail messages waiting? The Virtual Phone System can send you email notifications when you have new messages waiting. The voicemail can also be attached to the notification email so you can listen to your messages right from your computer.

What’s Required to Get Started

  • Completed Application for the Virtutone Phone Service.
  • Set up your greetings and menu for the Auto Attendant (professional recording services available)
  • Determine the extension numbers for the users on the system.
