VoIP IP Centrex Lines The Virtutone Office System is designed to take full advantage of the IP Centrex phone line services we provide. IP Centrex lines provide all of the features of regular centrex lines such as call waiting, call transfer, conferencing and more! You can call people on your VoIP phone just as you would on a regular office phone. Land Line Virtual Extensions The Virtutone Phone System can use existing phones (either land line or cellular based) as office extensions! When a user calls into an extension, the call will be forwarded out to the phone number designated for that extension. Example: Find Me/Follow Me Waiting for an important phone call but need to leave the office to run some errands? The Virtual Phone System can be setup to try you at multiple numbers so you don't have to wait for that call. Each extension can be setup for both a primary and secondary number to call. If the system cannot reach you at your primary number, the system will play a message to the user letting them know that it’s trying you on your alternate number.
