By using our phone card, you consent to the Virtutone calling cards Terms and Conditions which are available by clicking here Virtutone prepaid phone cards can be used to place in-state or in-province and state-to-state or province-to-province consumer calls where Virtutone is authorized to carry such calls and outbound international calls from the US and Canada to over 200 locations around the world. Cards cannot be used to place 500, 700, 900, 976, 411, or 555 number service calls or to place certain operator assisted call such as third party billed and collect calls. Directions for any Virtutone phone: Pick up the handset and dial 1 then the destination number you are calling. The system will ask for your calling card number. Enter the calling card number located near the bottom of the card. When prompted for the PIN number, please enter the 6 digit PIN number found on the bottom of the card. This system will then tell you how many minutes you have available on the card. Note: ONLY Virtutone calling cards work on Virtutone phones. Directions for using the calling card on any other phone line: Pick up the handset and dial 1-877-242-4907. The system will ask for your calling card number. Enter the calling card number located near the bottom of the card. When prompted for the PIN number, please enter the 6 digit PIN number found on the bottom of the card. This system will then tell you how many minutes you have available on the card. Each card is valid for 90 days after the first call is made. Virtutone is now offering RigTalk © calling cards which can be purchased and used at the customers’ convenience. These cards contain a fixed amount of credit, $20, and can be discarded when the credit is used up. RigTalk © calling cards will contain the reloadable feature in the near future.
